Light Truck Co. is the main force of DFL which is focusing on producing light commercial vehicles. It was set up in Oct 1993 with an area of 240,000 square meters, among which 122,000 square meters are industrial area. We have a complete system of stamping, welding, painting and final assembly. Its yearly c production capacity reaches 100,000 light commercial trucks.
Light Truck Co. represents the most advanced current domestic light commercial vehicle production skills which guarantee the high quality of the light commercial trucks it assembles. We imported large-sized stamping line from Japan and the welding technology was introduced from DCT.Ltd. from the United States. This automatic welding production line is made up of 33 welding robots. We are the first to use PLP screw body positioning in China; all the painting work is done with the application of cathode electrophoresis method; skills of conveying paintmixing system introduced from U.S.A.GREACO company and high speed electrostatic rotating cup from Germany Konare company are used at vehicle body spraying to ensure the quality of vehicle body spraying in the leading place domestically. Length of assembly line is 260 meters and it is the longest mix flow assembly line in China; vehicle inspection line introduced from IYASAKA Japan is one of the only two class one inspection line nationally.
We put great emphasis on internal management. We are the first enterprise to pass the third-party certification of ISO9000-2000 Quality System in 2000; the first enterprise to pass the certification of the three main Systems: ISO9001 Quality System, ISO14001 Environment Management System and ISO18001 Occupational Health System; title of “Clean and harmless factory in Hubei, China.

Cargobody Co.
Dongfeng Cargobody Co., affiliated company of Dongfeng Motor Co. Ltd. is a professional factory which mainly produces light commercial cargobodies. It was set up in Feb 2005 with an area of 37,998 square meters. It has two cargobody plate welding lines, two side plate welding lines, one front plate welding line and one painting line applying anode electrophoresis method as major producing equipment. It has a year production capacity of 30,000 cargobodies.
Cargobody Co. is in charge of the research work of cargobody for light commercial trucks. The cargobodies we designed are famous and welcomed for its reasonable structure, excellent performance, and being economical. To further improve our competitiveness in 2007, Cargobody Co. has a precise plan on making better of appearance of cargobody, improving internal product quality and optimizing product structure. Special attention will be paid on developing and producing standardizingstake truck、trunk truck According to the business scheme of DFL, Cargobody Co. will upgrade its production base, and this process is predicted to be done within one year and a half. After the reformation, its production capacity will reach 50,000 per year. As a coordinated system, a new production capacity aim of 150,000 per year will be realized. And the quality of paint that is used on cargobodies will be essentially improved to fit the strategy of quality improvement on the whole vehicle.

Zhengzhou NISSAN Co. is set up in 1993 with the approval of the State. It is a China-Japan joint venture company that produces whole vehicles. Of all its shares, DongFeng Motor Corporation holds 51 percent, NISSAN Motor Co. LTD. (Japan) owns 30 percent of them and Zhengzhou Light vehicle Co. has 19 percent. It is an important production base of NISSAN in China.
The head office of Zhengzhou NISSAN Co. locates in East Hanghai Road of Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Area. The production factory is in county Zhongmu with an area of 810,000 square meters. Its industrial area is 180,000 square meters. Amount of its total staffs and workers is 1900.
